2. Impersonation and Misuse of Brand Identity
Coverbee disclaims all liability for any person or entity fraudulently using its name, identity, logo, or brand for unauthorized purposes. Any such act of impersonation or misrepresentation is not the responsibility of Coverbee, and the company shall not be held liable for any loss or damages arising from such incidents.
3. Jurisdiction
All matters arising out of the use of this website or services provided by Coverbee shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
4. Fees and Payments
All fees or payments made to Coverbee, whether directly or through any authorized representative, are strictly non-refundable. Any refund, if granted under exceptional circumstances, shall be subject to applicable cancellation charges and deductions.

6. Fraudulent Activities Disclaimer
Coverbee does not take any responsibility for losses incurred by any person due to fraudulent activities or scams involving misuse of the Coverbee brand or identity by third parties.
7. Intellectual Property Notice
The Coverbee brand, including its logo, mascot, visual identity, and associated content, is an artistic creation and a trademarked asset developed by the founder of the company. All rights related to the word mark, device mark, and design are legally reserved.
8. Trademark Infringement and Legal Action
Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, or imitation of Coverbee’s brand, mascot, logo, or conceptual design whether in whole or in part shall be deemed a violation of trademark and intellectual property rights. Such infringement shall invite legal action including, but not limited to, claims for compensation, demand for attribution/credit, and injunctive relief. Any act of rebranding or modifying Coverbee’s content without prior written consent will be treated as a legal offence.
9. Official Bank Account Disclaimer
All official financial transactions with Coverbee must be made only through the following authorized bank accounts:
• Coverbee Financial Services (a sole proprietorship firm)
• Coverbee Insurance Brokers Private Limited
Any payment made to any unauthorized or unrelated bank account shall be at the sole risk of the payer. Coverbee shall not be held liable for any financial loss arising from payments made to unverified or fraudulent accounts.
10. Title Clear Trustline
The expression “Title Clear Trustline” is an advertising and branding nomenclature exclusively adopted by Coverbee Insurance Brokers Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Coverbee”) for promotional and identification purposes only. The said term shall not, under any circumstances, be construed as a certification, representation, or guarantee by Coverbee regarding the legal status, ownership, or title clearance of any immovable property.
Coverbee is not a legal, quasi-legal, or governmental authority empowered to adjudicate, certify, or declare any property as “title clear” or otherwise. The responsibility to verify, inspect, and confirm the authenticity and legal validity of any title documents, ownership records, or encumbrance details lies solely and exclusively with the purchaser, seller, or any other interested party.
Coverbee’s role is strictly limited to that of a consultant and facilitator providing advisory and intermediary services between potential buyers and sellers. At no point shall Coverbee be deemed to have assumed, expressly or impliedly, any responsibility or liability for the accuracy, legality, or completeness of the property documents or representations made by any party.
Any disputes, fraudulent activities, misrepresentations, or claims arising out of or in connection with any transaction between parties shall be entirely beyond the scope of Coverbee’s liability, and Coverbee shall not be held accountable, directly or indirectly, for any loss, damage, or consequence resulting therefrom.
